This bill amends current law to designate specific sections of highways in the town of Windsor for Off-Highway Recreational Vehicle (OHRV) operation. The new legal language inserted into RSA 215-A:10, IV includes a new subparagraph (e), which specifies that Windsor Road from the Hillsborough town line to the intersection of Black Pond Road, and Black Pond Road from the intersection of Windsor Road to Miller Road, are to be designated for OHRV use.

Additionally, the bill states that it will take effect immediately upon its passage, allowing for prompt implementation of the designated OHRV routes in Windsor. There are no deletions from current law noted in this bill.
