This bill amends the existing law regarding parenting plans by adding a new provision that specifically addresses the sharing of a child's images on social media. The new legal language inserted into RSA 461-A:4, II(f) states that parenting plans must now include an "Agreement regarding sharing of the child's images digitally on social media." Additionally, the bill reorganizes the existing subsections, changing the numbering of subsequent provisions to accommodate this new insertion.

The bill also makes deletions to the current law, removing the previous subsections (g) and (h) and renumbering them accordingly. The revised subsections now include (g) for the relocation of parents, (h) for the procedure for review and adjustment of the plan, and (i) for methods of resolving disputes. The act is set to take effect on January 1, 2027.
