This bill amends the definition of the state building code in New Hampshire by updating the reference years for several international codes. Specifically, it replaces the year "2021" with "2024" for the International Building Code, International Existing Building Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, and International Residential Code. Additionally, it establishes that the National Electrical Code will be referenced as the 2023 edition.
