This bill amends the composition of the New Hampshire Water Well Board by reducing the number of members from seven to six. The revised board will now consist of the commissioner of the Department of Environmental Services or their designee, two active water well contractors with at least ten years of experience, one active pump installer with at least ten years of experience, one active technical driller licensed in New Hampshire with at least ten years of experience, and one public member knowledgeable about water resources management in the state.
