This bill mandates that the Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board conduct an annual review of medical and scientific evidence related to both currently approved and additional qualifying conditions for therapeutic cannabis use. Specifically, it amends RSA 126-X:12, IV(a) to include the requirement for the board to annually review this evidence. Furthermore, the bill modifies the reporting requirements of the board by amending RSA 126-X:12, VI. It stipulates that the board must submit a report by January 1 of each year to various legislative and medical bodies, and the report shall include citations to the medical and scientific evidence reviewed by the board, pertaining to currently approved and additional qualifying conditions. The act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
