Additionally, the bill amends RSA 374-H:2, II(a) to clarify that the principles of net energy metering under RSA 362-A:9 apply, with the added provision that the commission has the authority to allow energy storage as part of net energy metering. The act will take effect upon its passage and is noted to have no fiscal impact on state, county, or local expenditures or revenue.
