This bill mandates that all members of the judicial council, including those appointed by the judiciary and members of the New Hampshire Bar Association, are required to submit financial disclosures. This new requirement is added as a subparagraph (i) to RSA 15-A:3, I. Additionally, the bill introduces a new reporting obligation for the judicial council, which must now report any established fee schedules to both the legislature and the supreme court. This new requirement is inserted as paragraph III-a in RSA 604-A:10.
