This bill amends the definition of the state building code in New Hampshire to incorporate more recent versions of various international codes and updates to the National Electrical Code. Specifically, it updates the reference to the National Electrical Code from the 2020 version to the 2023 version. Additionally, it changes the date for the ratification of amendments by the state building code review board from May 10, 2024, to April 11, 2025.
