Additionally, the bill adjusts the salary range for the Director of Nursing in the Department of Corrections, increasing it from a range of $110,000-$155,000 to $142,000-$210,740. The changes outlined in this bill are set to take effect 60 days after its passage, with an effective date of July 13, 2025.
