This bill amends current law to designate specific sections of highways in the town of Windsor for Off-Highway Recreational Vehicle (OHRV) operation. The new legal language inserted into RSA 215-A:10, IV includes a subparagraph (e) that specifies the sections of state highway open for OHRV use: Windsor Road from the Hillsborough town line to the intersection of Black Pond Road, and Black Pond Road from the intersection of Windsor Road to Miller Road.
