This bill amends existing laws to permit individuals under the age of 21 to enter veterans' clubs, private clubs, and social clubs under specific conditions. The new legal language stipulates that minors can be present in these establishments if they are accompanied by a person who is at least 21 years old, who must sign them in and list their ages. Additionally, the bill specifies that individuals under 21 who are in the military do not require an accompanying adult to enter these clubs.

The bill also modifies the current regulations regarding the presence of minors in areas where alcoholic beverages are sold. It changes the age restriction from under 18 to under 21, allowing those under 21 to be in designated rentable rooms approved by the commission when beverages are served, even without a parent or guardian present, provided the club is operating under a supplemental license. The act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
