Additionally, the bill amends RSA 485-A:61 to include funds derived from the "Love NH Lakes" number plates as a source of revenue for the cyanobacteria mitigation fund. The commissioner of safety is tasked with ensuring the plate design is registered and may enter into contracts for its commercial use, with any royalties or proceeds also being deposited into the same fund. The act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
