This bill updates the absentee ballot request form to allow individuals who have concerns about traveling during a winter storm warning to receive an absentee ballot. The bill adds a new section to the form that allows individuals to request an absentee ballot if they would otherwise vote in person but have concerns for their safety traveling in the storm. The bill also clarifies that individuals who assist a voter with a disability in executing the form must print and sign their name on the application form.

The bill does not make any deletions to current law.
