This bill establishes Juneteenth, June 19th, as an annual holiday. It amends RSA 288:1 to include Juneteenth as a legal holiday, along with other holidays such as Martin Luther King, Jr. Civil Rights Day and Independence Day. The bill will take effect 60 days after its passage.
