This bill establishes a maximum warrant reduction or increase for special school district meetings for changes in education funding. It adds a new paragraph to RSA 197:3-a, stating that the Department of Education will determine the maximum reduction or increase by subtracting the revised grant estimate from the earlier grant estimate.
