This bill extends the hours of alcoholic beverage sales for on-premises licensees. Currently, on-premises licensees are allowed to sell from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. This bill would extend the sales hours to 2:00 a.m. Additionally, under certain conditions authorized by the legislative body of the city or town, the licensee may sell until 3:00 a.m. if the legislative body adopts an ordinance authorizing such sales. The bill will take effect on January 1, 2025.
