This bill removes the prospective repeal of a reference to treatments for pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders in the requirement for insurance coverage of certain biologically-based mental illnesses. The bill repeals two sections of a previous law that would have amended RSA 417-E:1, III(f) on July 1, 2024 and established the effective date of the amendment. The bill will take effect on June 30, 2024.
