This bill requires agencies to respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance. It amends RSA 21-G:9, V by adding a new subparagraph (d) that requires agencies to respond within 3 business days of being contacted. The response must be made by an employee of the agency, not an automated program, and can be done through email, telephone call, or in person. The bill will take effect 60 days after its passage.
