This bill amends RSA 356-B:37-c, II to require that meetings of condominium boards be held monthly, instead of quarterly. The bill also requires that minutes be taken at these monthly meetings and made available to unit owners promptly thereafter. The bill allows the board of directors to hold meetings that are not open to unit owners, but requires that these meetings be recorded and the recording made available to unit owners upon request for up to 30 days. The bill will take effect 60 days after its passage.
