This bill requires that a form concerning Selective Service be available at locations where driver's licenses are issued and at schools hosting military recruiters. The form must include information about the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, including the number of US service members killed and wounded, the number of Afghan and Iraqi civilians killed, and information about the reasons for the US invasions and the subsequent outcomes. The form also includes information about the high suicide rate among veterans. The bill does not include any deletions or changes to existing law. The bill will take effect 60 days after its passage.
