This bill adds a new paragraph to the New Hampshire Veterinary Practice Act that exempts individuals who have completed a nationally recognized animal chiropractic program from veterinary licensure requirements. The determination of whether a program is nationally recognized will be made by the executive director of the office of professional licensure and certification, in consultation with the board of veterinary medicine and the board of chiropractic examiners. This exemption applies to animal chiropractic practice only.

The bill will take effect 60 days after its passage.
