This bill requires non-commercial condominium associations to be charged the same electric rates as residential units. It amends RSA 356-B:16 I (e) to include a description of whether any commercial or business enterprises are permitted in the limited common areas. It also adds a new section, RSA 378:6-a, which states that public utility rates for condominium associations under RSA 356-B that do not permit commercial or business enterprises shall be the same as residential rates. The bill will take effect 60 days after its passage.
