The Nebraska State Band Association recently held its state marching competition at Buell Stadium in Omaha, where the Crofton Warrior Marching Band, the previous 1A champion, showcased their performance titled "Agent 54." The band excelled in the competition, securing first place in the Class 1A division and achieving a score that was six points higher than their previous year's performance.

In recognition of this accomplishment, the Nebraska Legislature has passed a resolution congratulating the Crofton Warrior Marching Band for their success at the competition. The resolution also includes a directive to send copies to the band and their instructor, Ashley Leader, highlighting the importance of acknowledging the academic, athletic, and artistic achievements of the youth in Nebraska.
