This bill amends section 60-3,163.02 of the Revised Statutes Supplement, 2025, to introduce a new type of license plate called the "Honoring Women Veterans" license plate. The design will feature a woman soldier and include the phrases "women veterans" at the top and "honoring her service" at the bottom. The fees collected from these license plates will be directed to the newly established Women Veterans Cash Fund, which is intended to support events focused on women veterans.

Additionally, the bill makes several changes to the existing license plate categories by inserting new types and deleting others. Specifically, it adds the Honoring Women Veterans license plates as item (7) and renumbers the subsequent items accordingly. The bill also creates the Women Veterans Cash Fund, which will be administered by the Department of Veterans' Affairs and will consist of funds generated from the sale of the new license plates. The original section 60-3,163.02 is repealed, consolidating the updated provisions into the law.
