The resolution recognizes the achievements of two Palmyra High School wrestlers, Evelyn Bryan-Aldrich and Bettie Chambers, who competed in the 2025 Nebraska School Activities Association Girls State Wrestling Tournament held from February 18 to February 20 at the CHI Health Center Omaha. Bryan-Aldrich won the Girls Class B 235-pound State Wrestling Championship, finishing her season with an impressive 47-4 record, while Chambers secured the 115-pound State Wrestling Championship with a senior year record of 49-2.

In light of their accomplishments, the Nebraska Legislature congratulates both athletes for their success and dedication in wrestling. The resolution also mandates that copies be sent to Palmyra High School, as well as to Bryan-Aldrich and Chambers, to formally acknowledge their hard work and achievements in the sport.
