The resolution from the One Hundred Ninth Legislature of Nebraska recognizes and congratulates Makayla Vasser, a wrestler from Nebraska City High School, for her outstanding achievement in winning the Girls Class A 190-pound State Wrestling Championship at the 2025 Nebraska School Activities Association Girls State Wrestling Tournament held on February 18-19. Makayla's victory came after an impressive season, finishing with a perfect record of 42 wins and no losses.
