The resolution from the One Hundred Ninth Legislature of Nebraska recognizes the Burwell High School boys wrestling team for their outstanding achievement in winning the Class D State Championship at the 2025 Nebraska School Activities Association State Wrestling Tournament, held from February 20 to February 22 at the CHI Health Center Omaha. The victory was marked by the impressive performances of several medalists, including Brody Jensen, Drew Dawe, Austin Mayfield, Trentin Brown, and Cale Buss, who contributed to the team's success.
