The bill specifies that legal notices must be published once a week for the required number of days or weeks, either in print or digitally, and clarifies that weekly newspapers can still publish these notices.

Additionally, starting October 1, 2022, the bill mandates that all legal publications must also be posted on a statewide website maintained by a majority of Nebraska newspapers, although failure to do so will not invalidate the original publication. The original section 25-2228 is repealed, consolidating the legal framework for the publication of notices in both print and digital formats.
