Additionally, it requires that a brief resume of any amendments or changes be published in the same manner and timeframe as the initial notice of organization.

Furthermore, it establishes that proof of publication must be filed with the Secretary of State, and if a required notice is not initially given but is published later, the acts of the company before and after the publication will still be considered valid. The original section 21-193 is repealed as part of this amendment.
