1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to state intent regarding
2 Federal Funds appropriated for developmental disabilities aid; and
3 to declare an emergency.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. It is the intent of the Legislature that the
2 appropriation of the Federal Fund estimate to the Department of Health
3 and Human Services for developmental disabilities aid be recorded in
4 Program 424 beginning on July 1, 2024.
5 Sec. 2. Since an emergency exists, this act takes effect when
6 passed and approved according to law.
