3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $6,000,000 from the General
2 Fund for FY2024-25 to the Department of Health and Human Services, for
3 Program 348, for the purpose of increasing provider reimbursement rates
4 for dental services under the Medical Assistance Act.
5 There is included in the appropriation to this program for FY2024-25
6 $6,000,000 General Funds for state aid, which shall only be used for such
7 purpose.
