1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to the
2 Department of Administrative Services; and to declare an emergency.
3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $4,000,000 from the
2 General Fund for FY2023-24 and (2) $4,000,000 from the General Fund for
3 FY2024-25 to the Department of Administrative Services, Agency 65, for
4 Program 560, State Building Division, for reimbursement to counties for
5 lease of office space to the Department of Health and Human Services and
6 the Office of Probation Administration.
7 Sec. 2. Since an emergency exists, this act takes effect when
8 passed and approved according to law.
