1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to state legislative intent
2 to appropriate funds to the Auditor of Public Accounts; and to
3 declare an emergency.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to appropriate (1)
2 $XXX from the YYY Fund for FY2023-24 and (2) $XXX from the YYY Fund for
3 FY2024-25 to Agency No. 10, Auditor of Public Accounts, Program 506,
4 State Agency and County Post Audits, to conduct an audit of all state
5 agencies that were appropriated federal funds from the federal American
6 Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
7 Sec. 2. Since an emergency exists, this act takes effect when
8 passed and approved according to law.
