3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. No school in Nebraska receiving public funds shall
2 discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin,
3 ancestry, citizen status, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity,
4 disability, or special education status.
