1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to the
2 Department of Economic Development; and to declare an emergency.
3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $50,000,000 from the Site
2 and Building Development Fund for FY2023-24 to the Department of Economic
3 Development, for Program 603, for purposes of subsection (2) of section
4 81-12,147.
5 No expenditures for permanent and temporary salaries and per diems
6 for state employees shall be made from funds appropriated in this
7 section.
8 Sec. 2. Since an emergency exists, this act takes effect when
9 passed and approved according to law.
