1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to state intent relating to
2 appropriations to the University of Nebraska.
3 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. There is included in the appropriation to Agency No. 51,
2 University of Nebraska, for Program 781, $300,000 General Funds for
3 FY2023-24 and $300,000 General Funds for FY2024-25, as state aid, for
4 purposes of purchasing assistive technology and equipment for farmers and
5 ranchers pursuant to the Nebraska AgrAbility program which does not
6 otherwise qualify for funding by the United States Department of
7 Agriculture.
