1 Section 1. Section 85-959, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, is
2 amended to read:
3 85-959 The role and mission assignments enumerated in sections
4 85-960 to 85-965 shall apply to the community college system and its
5 areas and campuses. Such assignments shall prohibit, limit, or restrict
6 only those programs or services provided for under such sections.
7 Sec. 2. Original section 85-959, Reissue Revised Statutes of
8 Nebraska, is repealed.
