1 A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to state intent related to
2 appropriations to the Foster Care Review Office; and to declare an
3 emergency.
4 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to appropriate an
2 additional $500,000 annually to the Foster Care Review Office for court
3 appointed special advocate state aid, which shall only be used for such
4 purpose. It is the intent of the Legislature that a total of $1,000,000
5 be appropriated annually for such purpose.
6 Sec. 2. Since an emergency exists, this act takes effect when
7 passed and approved according to law.
