        THE MEMBERS OF THE ONE HUNDRED EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF NEBRASKA, FIRST
    SESSION, RESOLVE THAT:
        Section 1. At the general election in November 2024, the following
    proposed amendment to the Constitution of Nebraska shall be submitted to
    the electors of the State of Nebraska for approval or rejection:
        To add a new section 12 to Article XVII:
         XVII-12 The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, State
     Treasurer, Attorney General, or Auditor of Public Accounts or any member
     of the Legislature may be recalled from office through the procedure and
    in the manner provided for by law. The procedure shall be known as recall
    and shall be in addition to any other method of removal from office
    provided by this Constitution.
         Sec. 2.     The proposed amendment shall be submitted to the electors
     in the manner prescribed by the Constitution of Nebraska, Article XVI,
     section 1, with the following ballot language:
        A constitutional amendment to provide for recall of the Governor,
    Lieutenant Governor,   Secretary of   State,   State Treasurer,   Attorney
    General, or Auditor of Public Accounts and members of the Legislature as
    provided by law.
