5 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,

1 Section 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to appropriate (1)
2 $2,000,000 from the General Fund for FY2023-24 and (2) $2,000,000 from
3 the General Fund for FY2024-25 to the Department of Health and Human
4 Services, for Program 514, for evidence-based early intervention home
5 visitation programs.
