A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to appropriations; to appropriate funds to the University of Nebraska.
Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated (1) $500,000 from the General Fund for FY2022-23, (2) $9,000,000 from the General Fund for FY2023-24, and (3)
$15,000,000 from the General Fund for FY2024-25 to the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, Program 781, for the academic programs and operating budget of the University of Nebraska Medical Center Rural Health Complex on the campus of the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
