This bill proposes the establishment of a grant program aimed at supporting the education of nonbeneficiary students attending tribally controlled schools in North Dakota. A new section is added to chapter 15.1-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, defining "nonbeneficiary student" as those enrolled in tribally controlled schools who are neither enrolled members of federally recognized Indian tribes nor biological children of tribe members.
