Additionally, the bill repeals section 50-06-43.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, which previously related to the children's cabinet. The new provisions include details on the cabinet's membership, duties, and the appointment of working groups, as well as stipulations for reimbursement and compensation for members who are not state employees. The governor's office will provide administrative support for the cabinet and its working groups.
