1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 6 of section 43-26.1-11 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code, relating to physical therapy patient management.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 6 of section 43-26.1-11 of the North Dakota
5 Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
6 6. The physical therapist shall communicate the overall plan of care with, and obtain
7 informed consent from, the patient or the patient's legally authorized representative.
