1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 6 of section 39-01-15 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code, relating to the display of mobility-impaired parking permits; and to provide a
3 penalty.
4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
5 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 6 of section 39-01-15 of the North Dakota Century
6 Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
7 6. A certificate issued under this section must be hung from the rearview mirror or placed
8 on the dashboard of the motor vehicle whenever the vehicle is occupying a space
9 reserved for the mobility impaired and is being used by a mobility-impaired individual
10 or another individual for the purposes of transporting the mobility-impaired individual.
11 No part of the certificate may be obscured. A fee of five dollars may be imposed for a
12 violation of this subsection.
