1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 4.1-39-02 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code, relating to the membership of the crop protection product harmonization and
3 registration board.
4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
5 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 2 of section 4.1-39-02 of the North Dakota Century
6 Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
7 2. The representative of the crop protection product manufacturing industry and the
8 director of the agricultural experiment station shall serve as a nonvoting
9 membersmember. The governor or the governor's designee shall serve as chairman of
10 the board.
