1 A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for the agriculture diversification and development
2 fund; and to provide for a transfer.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION - TRANSFER TO AGRICULTURE DIVERSIFICATION
5 AND DEVELOPMENT FUND. There is appropriated out of any moneys in the general fund in
6 the state treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50,000,000, which the office of
7 management and budget shall transfer to the agriculture diversification and development fund,
8 during the biennium beginning July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2025.
