1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 9 of section 44-04-18.7 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code, relating to exempt records and body camera images.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 9 of section 44-04-18.7 of the North Dakota
5 Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
6 9. An image taken by a law enforcement officer or a firefighter with a body camera or
7 similar device and which is taken in a private place is an exempt record.
