1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact subsection 5 of section 39-12-02 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code, relating to special permits for vehicles of excessive size; and to provide a
3 penalty.
4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
5 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 5 of section 39-12-02 of the North Dakota Century
6 Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
7 5. Permits issued for overdimensional movements of vehicles not exceeding tentwelve
8 feet [3.053.66 meters] in total width, including load, are valid for travel during the day
9 and night with proper lighting. Permits issued for overdimensional movements of
10 vehicles not exceeding one hundred twenty feet [36.58 meters] in total length,
11 including load, are valid for travel during the day and night with proper lighting.
