1 A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 4.1-04 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code relating to corn council contract services.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 4.1-04 of the North Dakota Century Code is created
5 and enacted as follows:
6 Contract services.
7 The council shall contract with the North Dakota corn growers association for assistance
8 with corn policy development, corn grower education, and other corn-related programs and
9 services that benefit North Dakota corn producers at an amount equal to at least fifty percent of
10 moneys deposited in the corn fund each year.
